Community Watch: A program which involves neighbors helping neighbors to assist police in the effort to curtail crime in their communities. House Check: Pittsboro Police Department offers a service to check your home while you are away on extended trips. This service helps to cut down on the opportunity for crime to occur while you are gone. Mission Statement: To provide the highest level of around the clock protection and service for the citizens of Pittsboro. This will be accomplished through active patrolling, community-based policing, and professional investigating while interacting with respect and courtesy. |
