This department assists customers with the connection and disconnection of utility services. The Administrative Support Specialist and Meter Technicians work diligently to produce monthly utility bills and provide quality customer service. The Town of Pittsboro offers Water, Sewer, Garbage and Recycling Services. (Service availability may vary depending on location ). Please call with any questions concerning your water bill.

The Town Hall is located at 635 East Street. Our office hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm .

Other functions of this department include Accounts Payable.

Customers have the option of paying their utility account automatically by bank draft on the due date of each bill. To enroll you can come to the Town Hall and pickup the Bank Draft Form or you can download this form and return it to the Finance Department at the Town Hall with a voided check.
